With over thirteen distinct drum set lines, Gretsch has one of the most wide-ranging drum lineups in the business. This includes the intro Renegade set all the way to the high end USA Custom. The Gretsch Renown series includes the Renown Maple, Renown \u201957, Renown Purewood Hickory, Renown Purewood Wenge and Purewood Beech.<\/p>\n

      Configurations and Specifications<\/h3>\n

      Gretsch Renown Maple shells feature 6ply shells with a 30 degree bearing edge, die-cast hoops and Evans batter heads. The Renown Maple series comes in three pre-configured shell packs. Two of the packs are f piece kits and include both 8\u00d710 and 9\u00d712 mounted toms and a 14\u00d714 floor tom. The bass varies and can be ordered in 16\u00d720 or 18\u00d722. The Renown Maple four piece shell pack includes a 16\u00d724 kick, 9\u00d713 mounted tom and 16\u00d716 floor tom. Other optional mounted toms include 8\u00d77, 10\u00d78, 12\u00d78 and 13\u00d710. A larger floor tom at 18\u00d716 is also available along with 22\u00d720 and 24\u00d718 bass drums.<\/p>\n

      Gretsch Renown Maple Snares<\/h2>\n

      The Gretsch Renown Maple Series features two different snares, a 10 lug 6.5 inch deep snare and an 8 lug 5in. Both snare sizes are made from 10plies of 100% maple and feature a 45 degree bearing edge. These snares are not sold with Renown Maple shell packs and must be bought separately.<\/p>\n
