    The Gretsch Renown Purewood Hickory is a limited edition series with only 35 pieces of each configuration made. Shell pack RP-R605-HCK is a five piece kit with a 16\u00d720 bass, 7\u00d710 and 8\u00d712 mounted toms a 14\u00d714 floor tom and a 5.5\u00d714 snare. The RP-R826-HCK is a six piece drum set with an 18\u00d722 kick, 7\u00d710 and 8\u00d712 mounted toms, 12\u00d714 and 14\u00d716 floor toms along with a 6\u00d714 snare.<\/p>\n

    Gretsch Renown Purewood Hickory Review & Price<\/h3>\n

    The Renown Purewood Hickory is a pro set that costs between $1,800 and $2,600<\/strong>. This is little doubt that because of the rarity of these kits, that they will become collectors drums in the future. The used market should hold value in the Purewood series. The Hickory wood shells provide for a unique sound that can respond and play well in a wide range of musical genres.<\/p>\n

      The Gretsch Purewood Wenge is only available in one configuration including am 18\u00d722 bass, 7\u00d710 and 8\u00d712 mounted toms, 12\u00d714 and 14\u00d716 floor toms and a 10 lug 6\u00d714 snare. Only 100 shell packs were made.<\/p>\n
