DW 9000 Single Bass Drum Pedal

The 9000 is part of DW’s heavy duty series, and features an Infinite Adjustable Cam which allows for quick switching from Accelerator to Turbo Drive. The 9000 patented Floating Swivel Spring which improves speed and smoothness. The 9000 series comes standard with Nylon Strap but can be converted to Chain-Drive quickly.

The 9000 series pedal also features a Ball Bearing Hinge and Dual Adjustable Toe Clamp. All DW 9000 pedals also come with a drum key clip underneath the pedal. The DW 9000 single pedals also come with an easy travel soft nylon bag. DW 9000 single pedals can be purchased brand new for around $300. Professional drummers such as Aaron Spears utilize the DW 9000.

 

DW 9000 Double Pedal

DW 9002 double bass pedals utilize Single Post Casting with Precision Universal assemblies made of aircraft grade aluminum. The 9002 Double Pedal also includes a Molded Carrying Case.

Rack System, Clamps, Tubes & Accessories

The heavy duty DW 9000 rack system features heavy-gauge stainless steel tubing, matching heavy-duty clamps and many accessories. Rack packages include a main and side rack. The main rack includes two tube mounted cymbal arms, a DW nameplate with level and rubber feet with adjustable spikes. Also available are casters for easy setting. Other accessories include tube end caps, hi-torque drum key and floating snare basket. Ten various 9000 rack clamps are also available.

Rack System With Kit

Many drummers decide to use rack systems for greater stability and control when drumming. Rack systems also provide the drummer with more customized placement of toms, cymbals and other drum accessories. The downside to a rack system includes decreased mobility and a greater cost than traditional hardware setups.
