Yamaha DTX 700 K Review and Price Point

The DTX700K electronic drum kit can be purchased both online and retail brand new for roughly $2,300, which makes it one of the most affordable higher end complete sets in the Yamaha 700 series.  With the options for playing a double kick pedal by using the hi-hat stand or a silent bass drum touch with the optional HH65; the DTX 700K offers up many more options than other Yamaha electronic drum sets.

Additionally with the numerous and diverse sounds included in the DTX 700 module along with the ability to layer multiple sounds on the DTX-PADs, the DTX700K offers drummers varying voices and playing styles.  This is a highly recommend drum set for the intermediate drummer looking for a fairly advanced electronic drum kit.
